Dear customers, SVK-Bestellportal gives online access to a complete title catalogue with prices and availability. It is also a tool for ordering online, tracking orders and deliveries, checking invoices etc. Our tracking tool, SVK-Webtracker, has been updated and integrated into SVK-Bestellportal. Apart from a quick and easy way of entering orders or uploading order files, you get instant access to following data: - delivery status of consignments including tracking of parcels by our transportation partners - view on scheduled and parked orders - recorded items indicating expected publishing date or report no. per title - duplicates of invoices and credit notes of the recent three months The data are refreshed daily.
